Job Description

You will be working as our Fraud Manager in the Risk department (composed of risk manager, portfolio manager, and 3 data scientists). The position can be based in Latvia, France, UK.

Your mission is to ensure fraud detection and prevention by implementing and maintaining proper tools and system allowing FairMoney to offer the best tailored credit services to as many clients as possible.
Your goal is to help build FairMoney as the No 1 digital lender in Nigeria with the most advanced fraud prevention techniques available.

You will work on :

  • Monitoring the main fraud metrics,
  • Driving the decision of new product updates for fraud,
  • Escalating potential issues,
  • Communicating the performance results with the respective stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • You have at least 2-4 years in a similar position as a fraud analyst, fraud manager preferably in lending companies,
  • You have a degree of Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or Physics or Computer Sciences or Engineering,
  • You have excellent research and analytical skills,
  • You have experience with fraud management tools,
  • You have strong communication skills.
