Job Description

Your mission is to build FairMoneys business in India. Your scope is to manage all operational parts of the business, including building customer service and recollection, driving new product initiatives in India, owning local marketing and sales incentives and coordinating online marketing with an agency. You will build and drive the vision for FairMoney India alongside execution all operational matters.

We are waiting from you to work on :

  • Raise constantly debt (50% of book) and keep the books clean,
  • Secure a license and keep our records clean with the regulator,
  • Ensure constant growth that is impressive,
  • Ensure a great customer Service / Recollection,
  • Build a product vision for the Indian subsidiary,
  • Build and manage a 100+ people team in the subsidiary.

Preferred Experience

  • You have a minimum a few years of experience in a tech "platform" environment in India (larger tech companies) to deal with Product, Marketing, Customer Service and tech Guidance,
  • You have already managed a team that is significant,
  • You have a background on legal/finance or consulting,
  • You are proficient on Excel and PPT.
